Reads metadata from pins created by cs_run_single() (via persistence) and
returns a tidy tibble of provenance fields.

Arguments
board
A pins board containing results pins.
Value
A tibble with pin/run provenance plus list columns for the canonical
typed scores, fit_fingerprints, score_fingerprints, and
score_row_fingerprints where available.
